SBF WIG MAKER ACADEMY TERMS & POLICIES

🧶Welcome to SBF Wig Maker Academy! Please read the following policies carefully before completing your registration. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below.

▪️Registration & Check-In

Registration and check-in will begin at 11:30 AM EST.

Please arrive early to allow enough time to check in and get settled before class begins.

▪️Class Start Time

Class will begin promptly at 12:00 PM EST.

Out of respect for the instructor and fellow students, the start time will be strictly enforced.

Students arriving after 12:00 PM will be allowed to join the class where instruction currently is in the curriculum. Missed instruction will not be repeated.

▪️Payment Policy

Any remaining balance for your selected tier is due upon arrival at the registration table using an approved payment method.

Failure to pay your remaining balance may result in forfeiture of your seat and all payments previously made.

▪️Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All registrations are final.

Due to the limited number of seats and preparation required for each student:

• All sales are non-refundable.
• Registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
• Class dates cannot be rescheduled.

Please ensure you are available to attend before securing your seat.

▪️No-Call / No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the academy without notifying Styles By Finn will be considered a no-call/no-show.

All payments, including deposits, will be forfeited.

▪️Emergency Policy

If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact Styles By Finn immediately.

While refunds and rescheduling cannot be guaranteed, every situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

▪️Attendance Policy

Students who choose to leave class early acknowledge that they may miss portions of the curriculum and may not be eligible to receive their Certificate of Completion.

▪️Sewing Machine Policy

Standard & Elite Tier Students Only

Students are required to bring a Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine.

No other sewing machine brands or models will be supported during class.

Please test your sewing machine before class to ensure it is fully functional.

If your machine has a manufacturer defect or mechanical issue that prevents it from operating properly, you will be responsible for purchasing a replacement machine before returning to class.

(Additional mentorship is available as an optional add-on.)

▪️Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Lunch will be provided.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify Styles By Finn at least 7 days prior to the event.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

▪️Photography & Video Release

Photos and videos may be captured throughout the academy for educational and promotional purposes.

By attending SBF Wig Maker Academy, you grant Styles By Finn permission to use photographs and video captured during the event on social media, websites, advertisements, and future marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify Styles By Finn before class begins.

▪️Student Recording Policy

Students are welcome to take photos and short video clips for personal use.

However, recording significant portions of instruction, reproducing demonstrations, or recording the entire class is strictly prohibited.

▪️Intellectual Property

All academy materials, manuals, worksheets, demonstrations, curriculum, teaching methods, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Styles By Finn.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught, or shared without prior written permission.

▪️Classroom Conduct

SBF Wig Maker Academy is committed to providing a positive, encouraging, and respectful learning environment.

Students are expected to treat the instructor and fellow students with kindness and professionalism.

Disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from class without a refund.

▪️Cell Phone Policy

Please keep cell phones on silent during instruction.

While photos and short videos are encouraged, excessive phone use during demonstrations may interfere with your learning experience.

▪️Children & Guests

Only registered students are permitted inside the classroom.

Children, family members, friends, or additional guests are not permitted unless approved in writing by Styles By Finn prior to the event.

▪️Personal Belongings

Students are responsible for all personal belongings brought to class.

Styles By Finn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

▪️Health & Safety

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact Styles By Finn before attending the academy.

▪️Event Changes

Styles By Finn reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the class schedule, curriculum, instructor, or venue if necessary.

Should Styles By Finn cancel the event, registered students will be offered the option to transfer to a future academy date or receive a full refund.

▪️Certificate of Completion

Students who successfully complete the academy will receive a Certificate of Completion.

This certificate acknowledges successful completion of the SBF Wig Maker Academy and is not a state-issued cosmetology license or professional certification.

▪️Results Disclaimer

Every student will receive hands-on instruction, real-time guidance, and the tools needed to continue practicing after class.

However, individual results are not guaranteed.

Success depends on each student’s commitment to practicing the techniques taught, implementing what they learn, and continuing to develop their skills after the academy.

▪️Right to Refuse Service

Styles By Finn reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any student whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or interferes with the learning experience of others.

Removal under these circumstances will not result in a refund.

▪️Communication

All important academy updates, reminders, and event details will be sent via email.

Students are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking their inbox prior to the event.

▪️Agreement

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all SBF Wig Maker Academy policies and terms.
