Always kind and answering questions. The wigs came beautifully packaged. Almost like receiving a Christmas gift ! 😀. I love presentation. Hers is beautiful. The wigs are beautiful! Hair quality is amazing! Turn around time is really quick! Mines made it just in time for the Beyonce concert! You can tell she loves what she does. Her wigs show you. I can go on and on. I am so in love with my hair omg I’ve been compliments day in and out. The quality of the hair is great and the texture Is very soft. The seller is a sweetheart she communicated with me through the whole process and didn’t get tired of me asking so many questions. Customer service is really to die for. Listen, I have bought 3 units from her and each one has held up completely. Two of my units have lasted over a year and it’s still like the first day I bought them. Shedding is very very minimal, however she styles them the curls, crimps, and straightening lasts. I never have to restyle my hair unless I just want to switch up. One unit still has the crimps she did MONTHS ago for a wedding. She’s stuck with me for life. The only one I trust to bless my head. PERIOD!

I was pleased pleased with her professional and her service. Let me tell you when I received my order. I was very pleased with the packaging that I received, The unit was packing very nice and what was more surprising is that the unit was very well put together and was pincurled with clamps and smelled great! I can’t appreciate this kind of service and it shows that the sellers brand is very important to her image.. I will definitely order again! Thanks so much for being the image behind your brand!!
