Rest assured that all of our extensions have been throughly tested to ensure you receive the highest quality . To show our appreciation, every order comes with free gifts and one complimentary wig maintenance service 💓


▫️Complimentary Wig Maintenance: Every custom wig purchase (using SBF extensions) comes with a free of charge wig maintenance service. This includes a shampoo , deep condition and style . We only ask that you pay for the shipping cost to us and the return. Please email or text us prior to sending your unit in ! Also include your order number and name in your method of contact .

▫️At Home Hair Care / Coloring: In each package we include a detailed hair care guide. The instructions on this guide will lead you and your extensions down a path of seamless longevity! It includes the best steps and products to use. If for any reason you did not receive this guide please feel free to contact us! While our extensions are built to last they are not invincible . How you care for your extensions plays a major role in their appearance and health. Our extensions are able to be bleached and dyed. However, we recommend allowing Styles By Finn or a licensed professional provide that service for you. Styles By Finn is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by chemical alteration done outside of presence or improper maintenance.

▫️Measurements / Unit Sizing: When providing measurements please ensure they are 100%  accurate to ensure your wig is a perfect fit. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements. Custom measurements apply to all units excluding Ready To Ship Wigs. If you are unsure of how to measure your head please view our guide provided on our "How To Get The Perfect Head Measurements" page. Failure to provide measurements with 24 hours of your order is placed will result in your unit being created in a medium (22”) circumference which is the average size .  If measurements are incorrectly taken or guessed, your wig may not fit properly. The fee for re-seizing your wig is $250. This will include a deconstruction , remake and fresh styling on the unit. Also , please make us aware if your head is uniquely shaped or has any distinctive features such as deformational / positional plagiocephaly, low hairline etc . A consultation via FaceTime or zoom will be required to ensure we can accurately create your unit. If this applies to you and you have not booked a consultation we will not be responsible for units incorrectly fitting and the resizing fee will apply. Please book your consultation PRIOR to purchasing your unit . 

🔔 TURNAROUND TIME ONLY INCLUDES BUSINESS DAYS.

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 5PM WILL BE TREATED AS NEXT DAY ORDERS. ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT OR BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY.

▫️Outright, Afterpay, Shop pay , Klarna and Zip Payments: There is a 3-5 BUSINESS DAY payment processing time for all custom orders ( Build A Wig & Signature Unit Remakes). All other orders will follow the individual processing times listed below.

▫️Raw Cambodian Bundles & Lace:  There is no payment processing time for this order type. We only ask that you allow 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing prior to shipment. Once your order ships please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for it to arrive. All raw extensions come with a complimentary shampoo & deep condition. Please note that extensions range from natural black to natural brown in color , have their own unique wave pattern and weigh 100 grams each. Also , keep in mind that raw extensions have a slightly more course feeling / texture than our top quality virgin extensions. *** If you choose to add wig construction with your purchase of bundles & lace please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process prior to shipping ***

▫️Ready To Ship Wigs (Raw & Virgin): There is a 3-4 BUSINESS DAY order processing time and a 1-3 BUSINESS DAY shipping time frame. ***Please be aware these units come as shown and described. Be sure to read all details prior to placing an order. Custom measurements, styles, customization, etc. DO NOT APPLY. Units come as shown online. ***

▫️Signature Wig Orders / Build-A-Wig Orders: This order does follow the payment processing time above along with a  7-21BUSINESS DAY creation time and 1-3 day shipping time. 🚨 RAW CUSTOM ORDERS, Please allow 14-21 business days for2x6 / 5x5 units and 21-30 business days for 6x6 units before shipping.PLEASE keep this in mind when ordering! ***There is an option to expedite your wig creation, Please email or text us to receive more information on this service.***

▫️Bring Your Own Hair Wig Creation : There is a 7-14 BUSINESS DAY creation time. The creation time begins once Styles By Finn receives your hair (following business day). We request that extensions are new and unused. However, we do accept previously used extensions! Please contact us prior to booking to request a free consultation on used extensions . If hair is received used without a consultation, there will be additional fees or we will not process the order and the hair will be sent back to you (customer is responsible for return shipping). Bring Your Own Hair orders require one frontal/closure and three bundles.  For lengths under 16" you may send two bundles. ***You are allowed 30 days from the date of your order to send in or drop off your hair extensions. If it is not received within that time period, your order will be canceled and no refunds will be given***

▫️Wig Maintenance / Custom Color: There is a 7-10 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time. The turnaround time begins once Styles By Finn receives your extensions . ****10-14 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time for orders that are getting lace replacements with lace provided by Styles By Finn.*** If you are sending in a unit (not provided by us) to have color done , there will be an inspection (strand test) . If it is found that the extensions provided can not take the color requested , the service will be refused .There will be NO REFUNDS given in this case . The extensions will be shipped back without the color. To ensure this does not happen please provide good quality extensions or purchase directly from Styles By Finn.

▫️Wig Construction Course : In Person Course -

START TIME WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED ‼️ THERE IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD .

LATE ARRIVALS EXCEEDING GRACE PERIOD WILL RESULT IN DEDUCTION OF COURSE TIME. EXAMPLE : ONE HOUR LATE ARRIVAL, COURSE WILL BE 7 HOURS VERSUS 8 HOURS. AFTER ONE HOUR YOUR COURSE WILL BE CANCELED AND DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.

YOU MUST RESCHEDULE IF NEEDED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

NO CALL NO SHOWS, FAILURE TO RESCHEDULE IN TIME FRAME PROVIDED , FAILURE TO BRING NEEDED TOOLS (level 1 & 2) OR FAILURE TO PAY REMAINING BALANCE IN ACCEPTED METHODS WILL RESULT IN A LOST OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

FOR LEVEL ONE COURSES | PLEASE TEST YOUR SEWING MACHINE FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY PRIOR TO YOUR COURSE DATE. TOTAL COST IS $500 , YOU MAY PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OR 50%. WHEN PAYING A 50% DEPOSIT THE REMAINING IS DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE CLASS BEGINS,DEPOSIT IS LOST AND COURSE IS CANCELED IF REMAINING IS NOT PAID 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE . AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED FOR REMAINING COST.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS PLEASE EMAIL US AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE, IF YOU DONT EMAIL US TO RESCHEDULE YOUR DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT WILL BE LOST . YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE ONE TIME.

IF STYLES BY FINN IS UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU AT THE START TIME YOUR DEPOSIT / PAYMENT WILL BE LOST (10 minute grace period). STUDENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST TO BOOK THE CLASS AGAIN.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET THE PRODUCTS ON THE SUPPLY LIST SENT AFTER YOUR PURCHASE . IF YOU FAIL TO GET THE PROPER SUPPLIES AND ARE UNABLE TO FOLLOW ALONG WITH THE CLASS , THE CLASS WILL BE ENDED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO BOOK AGAIN. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!! EXAMPLE : SUPPLY LIST STATES TO GET POLYESTER THREAD BUT YOU GET COTTON THREAD . COTTON THREAD WILL NOT WORK ON A SEWING MACHINE . AT THAT POINT YOUE CLASS WILL BE ENDED . NO EXCEPTIONS NO EXCUSES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY DEPOSITS OR FULL PAYMENTS***

▫️Here at Styles By Finn we take great pride in proving highlights quality raw and virgin extensions. All inventory is throughly tested to ensure that you all receive the best quality available.

▫️There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on ANY products, classes or services provided, placed and processed with Styles By Finn. However , we aim to be fair and understand that we are not perfect. If there are any issues with your order please feel free to reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to work with you to reach a solution .If issues are not reported within that time frame Styles By Finn is not responsible .PLEASE READ all of the information provided when purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct item. 

IN THE EVENT THAT A FRAUDULENT DISPUTE IS FILED STYLES BY FINN WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

▫️COLORED UNITS MAY APPEAR DARKER/ LIGHTER DEPENDING ON LIGHTING / SETTING IT IS BEING SEEN IN. PICTURES PROVIDED ONLINE HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE HIGH QUALITY RING LIGHTS WITH COOLER SETTINGS. 

▫️UNITS WITH THE SELECTED STYLE “BODY CURLS” WILL COME WITH LITE / MODERATE LAYERS . BOB UNITS ALSO COME WITH A BLUNT CUT UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED.

▫️WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THE WIG CARE TIPS PROVIDED IN YOUR PACKAGE TO ENSURE THE LONGEVITY OF THE UNIT.

▫️ALL CUSTOM MADE WIGS ARE RECREATED MEANING NO TWO UNITS WILL BE EXACTLY THE SAME. UNITS WILL BE VERY SIMILAR TO YOUR DESIRED LOOK BUT NOT EXACTLY THE SAME .

▫️ALL HAIR PROVIDED CAN BE COLORED / BLEACHED. HOWEVER IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO HAVE STYLES BY FINN COMPLETE THIS SERVICE. STYLES BY FINN HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAIR THAT IS DAMAGED BY ANOTHER STYLIST OR PERSON DURING THE COLORING OR BLEACHING PROCESSING.

▫️DEEP WAVE WIGS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOM COLOR AND MAY ARRIVE A LITTLE DAMP DEPENDING ON TEMPERATURES DURING TRANSIT.

▫️6x6 LACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 613.

THERE IS ALSO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE FOR ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD. THIS INCLUDES ORDERS THAT FAIL TO COMPLETE THE AUTHORIZATION FORM. AFTER THIS PERIOD NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE .
